شرکت بهین انتخاب ویرا در سال 1380 با هدف تولید انواع پمپ آب با برند NC تاسیس گردید.در قدم اول ساخت یک نمونه پمپ در برنامه قرار گرفت.
کیفیت بالای محصول و رعایت استاندارد در این نوع پمپ باعث افزایش تقاضا دلیلی گردید تا مسئولین گروه توسعه کمی و کیفی خود را برای تولید در سطح ملی و بین الملی برنامه ریزی کنند.
